Free School Meal Voucher Update – Important Information

In response to schools being largely closed to most pupils during the current national lockdown, the Government national free school meals voucher scheme will soon be available again to provide support to families who are eligible for free school meals during term time.
As the scheme will not be up and running to order the vouchers until next week (week commencing 18th January) we will provide another food box on Monday/Tuesday to all families who received one last week.
The voucher scheme will be the same as the one in the spring/summer last year.
You can choose to collect your vouchers at school or have them delivered to your email address.
For families who are eligible you will receive a text message today asking you to confirm if you would like the vouchers emailed or if you wish to collect.
If your email address has changed or you wish to confirm please reply to the text message you receive, private message on our Facebook page or send a text message to 07766 510933 please remember to add your child’s name. PLEASE do not ring with this information.
As yet we are unsure as to when you will receive the vouchers. Please keep checking our Facebook page or website for updates. We WILL message you once they have been ordered or delivered to school.
If you do not receive school text messages or your telephone number has changed please contact us to update as soon as possible again by private messaging on our Facebook page or contacting 07766 510933.
Thank you
