Parents Evening Phone Calls

This term our parents evening will be slightly different! Over two weeks we will be carrying out our parents evening as phone calls.
Year 3,4,5 and 6 will be week commencing 9th November and Reception, year 1 and 2 will be week commencing 16th November.
On Wednesday 4th November parents/carers of children in 3,4,5 and 6 will receive an invitation to book a call via text message and email.
On Tuesday 10th November parents/carers of children in reception, year 1 and 2 will receive an invitation to book via text message and email.
Please follow instructions and book a slot to receive a phone call from your child’s class teacher.
IMPORTANT : IN THE COMMENTS SECTION PLEASE ENSURE YOU SUPPLY US WITH THE TELEPHONE NUMBER YOU WOULD LIKE TO BE CONTACTED ON.
We will endeavor to contact you at the time you have requested however, this may differ slightly due to demand and previous calls.
Please make a booking – this is a great way to discuss your child’s progress, speak with your child’s new class teacher and ask any questions you may have.
Parents/carers of children in reception, 1 and 2 will receive an invite for week commencing 16th November later in the week.
If you do not have access to the internet or are unable to make a booking please contact the school office via telephone on 01388 746414  and we will be happy to help.
