Through play children are encouraged to develop positive relationships with adults and their peers within the setting. Children often work in their key groups with their designated key worker to help them to develop self-confidence and turn taking sills. Supported by adults children learn how to manage their behaviour and feelings within a familiar environment. Children are encouraged to become independent learners while following the routines of the day.
