Reception class have been busy reading the book The Guffalo and completing  writing activities based on the tale. The book written by Julia Donaldson tells a story of a mouse taking a walk in the forest and his encounters with  dangerous animals and finally a Gruffalo! To the children’s surprise the mouse visited their classroom this week and left them a recipe and ingredients to make a Gruffalo crumble! As you can see the children had great fun measuring, weighing and mixing the ingredients for their treat!
